Research Interests:

  • Behavior of pretensioned, prestressed concrete members in flexure
  • Energy absorption of concrete members containing recycled materials as aggregates
  • Effect of vertical casting position on bond of standard reinforcing bars and prestressing strands
  • Visualization of bridge conditions through various methods of non-destructive evaluation techniques
  • Effect of Competition-based learning in the classroom
    The use of active and visual teaching techniques in engineering courses
